This untitled map of the nation's capital was published by the War Hospitality Committee. It is roughly centered on the White House and features color-coded (and numbered) points of interest including lodging (red), sightseeing (green), entertainment (blue) and places of worship (black) with corresponding listings on verso. Within the listings, there is a small section on "Lodging for Service Women" and about 14 locations with “Negro” label including Catholic, Methodist, Congregational and Baptist churches. Self-folding (4.0 x 7.4").
