Charming miniature map of the island and its natural harbor that was a maritime trading center from the 10th to the mid 19th century. The Portuguese fort St. Gabriel dominates the island with two sailing ships and a fishing boat completing the map. Engraved by Petrus Kaerius. Latin text on verso.
