Published by the Office, Land Department, Texas & Pacific Railway Co. This is a detailed map of the area south of the Red River and north of the Sulfur River Fork of the Red River. The Texas & Pacific Railroad passes through the center of the county east to west. Scale is 4000 varas=1 inch; a vara being equal to 33 1/3 inches. A remarkable aspect of this map is the delineation of individual land holdings, each showing an owner by name. Folding as issued.
