Nice lot including three of the most important maps in this popular nineteenth century atlas. Includes The United States of America (double-page); Territories of New Mexico and Utah; California (with inset of San Francisco); Georgetown and the City of Washington (with 3 vignettes of important buildings); and The City of St. Louis Missouri / The City of Chicago Illinois (2 plans on a single sheet). The map of the United States shows the large western territories of Washington, Oregon (both with western boundaries on the Rocky Mountains), Utah, New Mexico, Nebraska, Kanzas [sic], Minnesota and Indian Territory.
