This is a great book on the history of New York and a good reference for maps and views. 8vo, 142 pp. +xxxii, 34 engravings plus frontis and vignette, both hand colored and highlighted in gold. Gold edged at top, other sides deckle-edged on hand-made American paper. This edition limited to 100 copies. Hardbound in orange cloth with gold titling. All tissue guards in place. A beautifully preserved example of this seldom seen book.
