This is one of the later editions of Colton's pocket maps of the United States. The map was designed to illustrate the railroad systems throughout the states including many of the smaller lines serving the mining districts in the West. Decorative scroll border. Folding into original black embossed cloth covered boards with gilt title on cover.

Couple of small spots and tiny holes on fold separations. Still overall very good for a pocket map.
