An uncommon and unusual Revolutionary War period map ring the East Coast from Chesapeake Bay to Boston Harbor, including Long Island. The main feature of the map is the road system from Williamsburg to Boston, which is shown in green from Williamsburg to Spurien's Tav. and in yellow from there to Boston. There are several encampments noted by number and colored in both red and green along this route. The routes of troop arrivals in the Chesapeake are also noted.
