"Nouveau Continent ou Amerique", Mallet, Alain Manesson

A nice miniature map from this interesting series by Mallet. California is shown as an island on the Brigg's model with a flat northern coastline. The northwestern coastline of North America starts to extend west near 60 deg. N. The major difference between this and Mallet's similar Western Hemisphere maps is the addition of an extensive coastline in the region of Australia and New Guinea and the addition of several Pacific islands.
