Canadian issue of this large and fully indexed atlas with the wax engraved maps of Cram. Double page maps are folded and attached to backstraps. 403pp with over 160 maps plus 42 city plans. This atlas has nearly twice the pages of his Unrivaled Atlas. Embossed cloth hard covers.

Front cover detached and spine hanging from back, some signatures shaken. Atlas overall is good, but all maps are very good to fine with no staining or foxing.
