Copper engraved double hemisphere map with original outline color. Greenland and the Arctic are attached to North America. The Pacific Northwest is distinguished by the huge Sea of the West and Northwest Passage connecting Hudson Bay with the Pacific through a network of rivers and lakes. Alaska has a rudimentary form and the Sandwich Islands are located. Australia is named "Nouvelle Holland" with Tasmania still attached.
