A fine miniature map of the northern part of Japan depicting De Vries discoveries to the north of Honshu. The names "Jesso", Terre des Etats", and "Terre de la Compagnie" appear, as well as the "Detroit d'Vries" and "Detroit de Sungar". Five sailing ships decorate the map.
