Early woodcut map of the Holy Land showing the mountains, rivers and cities. In the Mediterranean are two ships, one apparently showing the Biblical scene of Jonas and the whale. Map has been heavily restored with repairs of centerfold and remargining all sides. Tiny bit of bottom left corner neatline in facsimile and backed with Japanese tissue. Strong recent color.
