Handsome map of the northwest part of Africa and the famed Barbary coast. Richly engraved with place names, mountains, and numerous spurious lakes in the Sahara Desert. Title contained in a strapwork panel across the top. Two sea monsters and a sailing ship ornament the map. Ref: van den Broecke #176. Minor foxing in margins, map clean and crisp.
