Impressive map of Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire embellished with the Royal Arms, a garland of eleven regional crests, and the feathered crown of the Prince of Wales. The map is beautifully engraved with rivers, mountains and forests pictorially represented and the sea is adorned with sailing ships. The decorative title cartouche features livestock, fish and putti. Latin text on verso, published between 1646-59.

Contemporary color with some toning and foxing. There are several small cracks in the image due to oxidation of the green pigment that have been backed with archival tape on verso.
