It is numbered 10 of 25 from an edition with full leather covers, gilt edges, and an accompanying slipcase. Each of the 410 maps is discussed in great detail with a description of both its publication and background history, including those of the cartographers and publishers. All maps are illustrated (11 in full color). 568 pages, hardbound in maroon leather with gilt titling and decoration on cover. Includes a maroon slipcase. Signed by the author.
