Centered on Wittenberg, seat of the Elector of Saxony, this map shows part of eastern Saxony Anhalt and includes the cities of Juterbog, Dessau and Bitterfeld. Early roads are shown, and the Elbe River runs across the map. A detailed legend is included at right, and an index of towns flanks the map. The rococo title cartouche features several Muses, a coat of arms, and a Pegasus.
