This map shows the western portion of Saxony Anhalt and is centered on Halberstadt and Quedlinburg. Large cities are depicted as miniature bird's-eye views, such as Blankenburg and Aschersleben, and mountains and forests are also illustrated pictorially. A rococo cartouche contains the legend and distance scale, while the title cartouche features cherubs, Ceres and Bacchus.

A nice impression with full contemporary color on a bright sheet. There is a chip and heavy soiling confined to the bottom margin, well away from the image.
