This beautiful and detailed map of Estonia and Latvia is filled with cities and villages, forests, marshes, mountains, and rivers. Several cities are located, including Riga, Goldingen / Culdinga (Kuldiga), Pernow (Parnu), Hapsal (Haapsalu), Derpt (Tartu), and Narva. The islands of Oesel (Saaremaa) and Dago (Hiiumaa) are prominent in the Gulf of Riga. The ornate title cartouche features putti and two coats of arms. Third state, with the imprint of Covens & Mortier to the right of the title cartouche.

Condition: B+

A crisp impression on a sheet with full contemporary color and a bow and arrow watermark. There is light toning caused by offsetting of green pigment and marginal soiling.
