This rare street map of South Pasadena was published by E.O. Wickizer. It features a street index and a tract index. The level of detail is such that individual addresses are shown. The Raymond Hotel, the area's first major resort hotel, is prominent in the north, with the Raymond Golf Links nearby. Oneonta Park Station and Sierra Vista Station are also located. This example includes an advertisement for Joseph A. Moore, a local Ford dealer, in red overprinting. The dealership's Fair Oaks Ave. location is also shown in red overprinting. This is the first example of this map that we have come across on the market, with no institutional copies that we can find. Self-folding (3.3 x 8.1").
