Includes Lt. M’Clernand’s “Journal of the Marches Made by the Forces under Colonel John Gibbon…” and short reports from both Wallace and Wilson. Beyond Maguire's report, the 619-page volume includes numerous other reports, maps and other plates, notably Wheeler’s Annual Report (Appendix NN) and his Progress Map of the U. S.
