These five leaves are from a German bible and include five large historiated initials in contemporary color. The text includes parts of the Epistle of St. Paul to the Ephesians, the Book of Nehemiah and the Book of Chronicles.

The large initials are in contemporary color. There is light soiling with minor foxing and a few dampstains on several leaves. There are small chips and tears along the edges of the last three sheets.
