This well-preserved leaflet coded "11-F-6" was produced by the Psychological Warfare Branch of the U.S. Army. It was dropped by U.S. forces in the Philippines and intended for local civilians. The illustration on the front of the leaflet shows an army convoy encountering a crowded street with locals fleeing a city. Text encourages the readers "if you must leave your towns go across country or over trails." On verso is a cleared road "for the fighting men!"
The illustration is accompanied by an additional page describing the leaflet's purpose.
