This small pictorial map was drawn by Marie Halbert and published by the Lexington Chamber of Commerce. Intended for the tourist, points of interest and recreational activities are emphasized including horse farms (Dixiana, Idle Hour, Winganeek), a horse show, Keeneland Race Track, Iroquois Hunt Club, fishing, golfing, a distillery, and more. Features a small inset of homes of notable figures in the region. Related text and illustrations complete the brochure including the full-page "Picturesque Blue Grass Region Kentucky" and "Lexington - Only Hours Away." Self-folding with the map serving as the covers. We found only two other sales listings for this map in the last 30 years.

The map has wear along the fold, a tiny repaired tear at top, and a couple of tiny chips also at top. There are several short fold separation as well as a 3" archivally repaired separation away from the map image.
