This lot features three pictorial maps from Berta and Elmer Hader's Picture Book of the States. States represented on these regional maps include the Dakotas, Montana, Idaho, Nevada and Utah. Each is fully illustrated in a fanciful and quaint style, identifying important buildings, agriculture, natural features, and much more. There is text on the verso of each map that relates to the adjacent map when viewed in a book. Photocopies of the text corresponding to these three maps are included for reference.
