This lot includes 4 leaves from a missal in Latin text, printed in red and black ink, in two columns. The missal is a service book containing the texts necessary for the performance of the Catholic mass (including chants, prayers, and readings), together with ceremonial directions. The first leaf (pages 237-38) contains instructions for "Benedictio Cerei" (The Blessing of the Candle), with music. The second leaf (pages 331-32) shows a section of the Lord's Prayer. The last sheets (pages 471-74) covers feasts in January.

There is some light soiling and light marginal dampstaining. The second sheet has a short wormtrack in the blank margin at lower left and a chip in the bottom blank margin.
