This copper-engraved map of the region includes all of Asia and Australia. The map is patterned on Bowen's father Emanuel's previous maps of Asia. Alaska is shown as a group of islands off the coast of Kamchatka. Japan has an unusual, splayed configuration, and Hokkaido is labeled as Yeso I. with a partial Company's Land to the east. Australia is fully delineated with Tasmania still attached to the mainland. There is good detail and many place names.
