Lovely copper engraved map covering the region from Florida and the Gulf coast to northern South America. The southern portion of Florida is fragmented into numerous waterways. A nice impression, issued folding. This example has been fully backed in linen to repair a few short fold separations, mostly confined to the blank margins, and a short binding tear at right. There is a binding trim at right that extends to the neatline, although the linen backing creates a bit of a margin.
