An attractive map of ancient Thrace (mostly present-day Bulgaria) filled with place names and showing the military road from Apollonia to Maronea. The decorative title cartouche features a young woman playing a harp and a host of exotic animals.

Condition: A

Contemporary color on a clean sheet of watermarked paper. There is a short centerfold separation in the bottom blank margin that has been archivally repaired.
