This handsome sea chart depicts the northern tip of Scotland along with the Orkney, Shetland and Faroe Islands. The chart is adorned with three compass roses orienting north to the bottom, two sailing ships, and current directions. The large title cartouche features Neptune and several mermaids. This is a later edition with engraved number 26 at bottom right.

Issued on a clean sheet of "C & I Honig" watermarked paper. Trimmed to the border at top and bottom by the binder with some minor printer's ink residue. This is a later edition with a somewhat weak impression.
