This lovely view shows Boston in the distance as viewed from Bunker Hill, with numerous sailboats in the Charles River. Published in a French edition of Nathaniel Parker Willis' monumental work, American Scenery, which includes numerous beautifully executed steel engravings by William Henry Bartlett.
