This detailed two-sheet map covers all of Italy and includes Corsica, Sardinia, and Malta. It is dense with place names, and there is nice topographical detail. The top right corner of the northern sheet is embellished with a large title cartouche composed of wind-heads in the empyrean.

Contemporary outline color on watermarked sheets with a few spots of foxing. The northern sheet has an archival repairs to a couple of fold separations at bottom.
