This superb small map of the region surrounding Marseille is filled with information on topography and villages. A compass rose orients north to the left, and the map extends east to Aubagne and north to Aix, which is depicted with a fortified wall. Adorned with two large cartouches.

A crisp impression on a lightly toned sheet. Remnants of hinge tape on verso.
