This attractive map is centered on Sedan, Donchery and the Meuse River, located in northern France near the border with Belgium. The fortified cities and forests are well depicted, and the map is richly embellished with a large title cartouche with the royal arms, a scale cartouche and arms of the Principality of Sedona and Raucourt.
