A fine map of Udrone - present-day County Carlow in Leinster province. The map is richly engraved to show the mountains, rivers, forests, villages and the two major cities of Catherlagh (Carlow) and Laghlyn (Leighlin Bridge). The title cartouche features a distance scale, measuring dividers, and garlands of fruit. English text on verso.

A nice impression with a bit of printer's ink residue and light show through of text on verso. There is a hint of toning and marginal soiling.
