This anonymous world map dedicated to equines is printed on Irish linen with wooden rollers. It is centered on an image of a horse's head in the Pacific Ocean with copious notations regarding the types of horses that are found in various countries (mostly in the northern hemisphere). A decorative border filled with 24 different breeds is also keyed to the map. Scotland features Shetland ponies and Clydesdales, Mexico has the Mustang, and the United States includes both the Standardbred and Kentucky Saddle. A large dedication cartouche at bottom proudly states "where in this wide world can man find nobility without pride, friendship without envy or beauty without vanity?" The map is further decorated by four equestrians at bottom and a group of hunting bugles at top. This map appears to be a derivate of Joseph Sims' 1934 map (on paper) including 28 breeds in the decorative border. Below the bottom border (obscured by the wooden roller) is "Made in Ireland" and "Ulster."

References: cf. Rumsey #11404.
