This radio map was issued with header "Compliments of Bankers Life Company of Des Moines, Iowa." It is divided into 9 radio districts and identifies numerous radio stations across the country. The map sponsor is prominently located in Des Moines with concentric circles radiating out in 250 mile increments. Folds into yellow paper wrappers (3.7 x 9.0") with an 8-page list of radio stations and an unused “Log by Wave Length” section for listeners to keep track of stations heard.
