This map focuses on the region to the north and east of Dresden, including the cities of Torgau, Cottbus, Muellrose, and Goerlitz. The map extends into southwestern Poland as far as Szprotawa, and is filled with fortified cities, tiny towns, forests, mountains, rivers and political boundaries. At top right is the coat of arms of Lusatia held aloft by putti above a vignette of farmers and hunters. The title cartouche features bolts of cloth, Mercury, and a female figure with a cornucopia.

A nice impression with full contemporary color on a bright sheet with minor soiling and several separations along the centerfold that have been closed on verso with archival tape.
