This street guide by H.A. Spencer was issued to coincide with the Texas Centennial Exposition. It features a two-sided folding map attached to the inside rear pocket with a map of Dallas on one side showing street car lines, buses and highways, and a large map of the Exposition grounds on verso. The 96-page guide provides extensive detail for the visitor including churches, clubs, government agencies, hotels, merchants, parks, and more. Typical of guides of the period, schools are identified as “White” and “Colored.” The inside front cover features "advice to all persons" who attend the Exposition including "beware of strange women and confidence men.” Printed paper wrappers (3.5 x 6.9"). We found no past sales records and only one institutional example located on OCLC (Baylor).
