This lavish production by the Florida East Coast Railway includes 15 bifold pages with numerous color illustrations of hotels, golf courses, and a couple of small maps including the Key West Extension and Railroad Connections. Interestingly, the only destination for the Keys in this brochure is Long Key for fishing. The centerfold features a large map of the railroad, published by Matthews-Northrup Works in Buffalo, showing its route along the Atlantic coast of Florida down to Key West (which was completed in 1912). The map extends to include Cuba, Jamaica, and the Panama Canal with connecting steamship routes identified in red overprinting. Wrappers feature an embossed title and coat of arms on the front and embossed view of the Over-Sea Railroad on the rear cover. Circa date is based on no mention of the Casa Marina Hotel in Key West built by the railroad in 1920 to stimulate tourism to Key West.
