This map of the Australian continent shows excellent detail of place names and colonies along the coastlines coupled with a virtually blank interior. Various names and dates of discovery are noted throughout including De Witt, Tasman, Arnhems, Entdeckt Durch, Flinders, Nuyt, and more. A table at lower left shows population data for both colonists and aboriginals as of 1841.
