Beautiful folio map of Scandinavia, including the Baltic States with a portion of northwestern Russia. Locates Moscow, S. Michael Archangel, Konigsberg, and more. An elaborate figurative cartouche features a herald, putti, angels, a lion, and royal coat-of-arms. Four distance scales at upper right.

Condition: B+
A nice impression with contemporary color in the map and later color in the cartouche, on a bright sheet. There is very light toning along the centerfold, several small worm holes, marginal soiling, and a repaired centerfold separation at bottom.
