This is an elaborate 32-point wind rose, or compass rose. North is denoted with a fleur-de-lis, and east and south are illustrated with a lion and a sea monster. The first 17 winds are listed on verso in French.

Condition: B+

A nice impression with very light soiling and light dampstains along the top edge of the sheet.
