This small map of Miami Beach extends from the Government Reservation north to the Isle of Normandy and presents the street-grid pattern, Flamingo Park, and several golf courses. 19 buildings are listed in a table at top right and located by color number on the map. Printed by Atlantic Printers for the Washington Storage Company, with prominent advertising below the map. Self-folding (4.5 x 8.0") with a picture of the Washington Storage building on the front cover.
