This sheet of 4-line music is printed in red and black ink with two hand-colored initials. The music is for the second and third Sunday of Advent, which translates in part as:

Rejoice in the Lord always: I say again, rejoice. Let your modesty be known to all men: for the Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your petitions be made known to God. Thou hast blessed thy land, O Lord: thou hast averted the captivity of Jacob.
