This pair of superb, large-scale charts by Bellin detail the entirety of Scotland. They are distilled from Bellin's larger, separately issued maps of the British Isles. The first chart details southern Scotland plus the northern tip of Ireland. It also shows a small portion of Durham and Cumberland. Hadrian's Wall is noted as the Roman wall and is well depicted stretching from Newcastle to Solway Firth. The chart extends through Scotland north into the North West Highlands and to Murray Firth. Along the west coast the islands are shown in great detail. It locates the cities of Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen, Glasgow, and Inverness, plus scores of towns and villages.

The second chart covers the northern tip of Scotland as well as the Orkney and Shetland isles. It also shows all of the Isle of Lewis and the tip of Skye. The chart spans south in Scotland to include Cromarty Firth in the east and Loch Torridon in the west. Coastal inland areas are shown in great detail. The chart identifies the cities of Dornoch, Tain, and Dingwall. Many place names line the coast including Chateau d'Oldwick ou du Vieux Wick, Carnigo Nouveau Chateau de Sinclair, Cap Wrath, Cap Duncansby ou Dungsbay, and many more. Many castles are located. An inset provides coastal views of the Orkney Islands. Both charts are embellished by large decorative title cartouches, compass roses, and numerous rhumb lines. Each carries the Depot de la Marine stamp. The cost Prix, tres sols is given beneath the border.
