Magnificent map illustrating Italy and the Balkan countries. The map is filled with hundreds of tiny towns and includes the road from Belgrade to Constantinople. The title cartouche has a dramatic scene of battle topped with allegorical figures. A river god sits atop the scale of miles to the left.

A dark impression with full contemporary color on a bright sheet with light toning along the centerfold, a tiny hole near the center of the image, and minor soiling.
