Fine small map of the region north of the Black Sea encompasses the Crimea and the southern steppes of Ukraine. The map is based on ancient sources updated with regional names from the Middle Ages, including Podolia, Lithuaniae Pars, Russiae Pars, Crimea seu Tartaria Przecopensis, and Taurica Chersonesus. German text on verso, published between 1648-51.
