"San Francisco Invites You...",

This brochure from the San Francisco Convention and Tourist Bureau features a beautiful panoramic view of the California coast by J.C. Carroll. It spans the coast from San Francisco south to San Diego and extends inland to show Lake Tahoe, Yosemite National Park, and the Mojave Desert. The verso includes a transportation map covering from the Bay Area to San Diego (2.3 x 5.3"); a bird's-eye view of the San Francisco Bay (7.3 x 8.3"); and a state map showing railroads and nearby attractions (3.3 x 8.3"). The cover of the brochure touts "the two new wonders of the world," the Golden Gate and Bay bridges, although both were still under construction at the time of publication. A portion of the Golden Gate Bridge appears on the cover.
