This is a wonderfully detailed map of the region of present-day Hungary, Romania, and the Balkan republics, bounded by the Adriatic and Black Seas. Political divisions, towns and cities, and topographical details are shown. The map is adorned with a compass rose and title cartouche featuring military symbols in the Black Sea.

A strong impression with full contemporary color on a bright, watermarked sheet. There is light toning and a couple of tiny tears along the edges of the sheet.
