Fabulous example of George Hofnagle's beautiful engraving style providing and an excellent glimpse of medieval life. The village is nestled among cultivated fields with the Uma River and farmland in the foreground. A large castle is built on a island in the river. Latin text on verso, published in 1618.

Full contemporary color on a bright sheet with extraneous creasing along the centerfold, two small worm tracks in the border, and marginal soiling.
